Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 8pk365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and cancellation of any pending or past withdrawals.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or wallets registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All bets placed on 8pk365 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
8pk365 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet where: (a) a technical error has affected the outcome or odds; (b) there is evidence of match manipulation or fraud; (c) the bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction; or (d) the applicable licensing authority requires such action. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 8pk365 may alter individual account betting limits at its discretion, including in response to patterns that suggest professional or arbitrage betting activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8pk365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawal requests, and legal action where applicable:

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8pk365 holds its operating licence.
